Susana Balbo Wines

Susana Balbo Wines is a family winery located in Mendoza, Argentina, in the foothills of the Andes Mountains. Founded in 1999 by Susana Balbo, Argentina’s first female winemaker, the winery has experienced continual growth and success in international markets. In 2011-2012, Susana’s two children, José and Ana, joined the family business.

The winery is dedicated to high quality wines. Four principal labels – Nosotros, Susana Balbo Signature, Benmarco and Crios – are elaborated under the care of Susana Balbo, her children José and Ana, and a distinguished winemaking team including Edy del Pópolo, the winery´s General Manager and one of Argentina´s most respected viticulturists.

The philosophy of the winery is to combine our deep knowledge of Argentina’s diverse terroirs and our team’s talent in expressing the unique characteristics of each varietal, soil and climate through our winemaking.
