Château de Fesles
The Château de Fesles was first built in the 11th century, on the third highest point in the Loire Valley. From the outset, it had the privilege of growing excellent quality Chenin Blanc vines, which subsequently obtained the Bonnezeaux appellation, and it's this sweet wine that has built the estate’s reputation.
The château archives even mention that the Bonnezeaux growth was cited in 1055 by the monks of Gué de Berge. The property was fully restored in 1991 and this has helped make their Bonnezeaux a benchmark wine in Anjou. The château is now one of the region’s most highly acclaimed properties for both dry and sweet wines, from Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc.
Domaine de Colmar
Founded in 1895, the Domaine Viticole de la Ville de Colmar enjoys a particularly privileged situation in Colmar, the heart of Alsace and the capital of Alsatian wines, and its many vineyards lie across numerous locations in and around the town.
