Castello di Albola

The medieval village of Castello di Albola stands on the magnificent Chianti Classico hills, in a location famous for its history, art and landscape.

Once belonging to some of the most noble Tuscan Families, the estate has been in the care and protection of the Zonin Family for about the last 40 years. Castello di Albola covers 900 hectares, of which 157 are under vine.

The vineyards are located at an altitude of between 350 and 550 metres above sea level and are exposed to light, as they say in Chianti, 'from sun to sun'.

The 'high born' wines of Castello di Albola are striking for their elegance and longevity.
